Mark pulled the trailer down the long drive way of Heartland. He hoped that this miracle girl his daughter had found on the internet could help him. He had 4 horses one of them had gone from spirited to almost dead in a matter of weeks and the other would not let him self to be ridden. He had spoken to some girl and she had told him that the horses could be helped. She then offered him two stalls for the other two horses so he didn’t have to leave his 60 thousand dollar horses there. He would have never left them. He looked up to see a man out cutting logs. He put the truck in park and claimed out his daughter behind him.

Jack looked up. He had sweat dripping down his face so he brushed it away. “Hi. What can I do for you?”

“Oh yes Amy is in town. Your the Olympic guy. My granddaughter told me about you. We have 4 stalls ready for you and you can back your rig in over there. My granddaughter said that you wanted to stay near the barn.” Jack huffed he found it ridicules that the man had to watch his horses. He could have almost changed his opinion when he helped unload the tall lean horses and the leggy and well built Dressage horses. But no he still would not chose to sleep in a camper at night to keep an eye on them. Never the less he invited them to dinner. Other wise his granddaughters would kill him.

She walked down the road.. A car with a trailer was parked in the yard and two men were talking longer up the road. She waved at them. "Is this Heartland ranch??" Lily yelled.
