If you remember that when signing up to the site we had to retype the word/s thats written on an image under a heading CAPTCHA. Well I have been trying to create an extra account for my canon character ( thats why there seemed to be so many guests lately) but when I view the register screen there is no image under the CAPATCHA and when switching to the audio puzzle there is no sound. I tried it from three different computers but it still won't work. I would like to know if anybody else had or currently has that problem...

Hmm.. Maybe try selecting the area where the captcha should be.. I know that sometimes the background can interfere with pictures showing up, but I haven't heard about it happenning on proboards.. If that's the issue, then selecting it should show the picture.
Note that when you click to type it in, the picture will disappear again, so I'd suggest writing it down, then typing it in.

Tried it and still nothing... There seems to be a glitch.

Well, on a plus side, I found out that it's not just us, but it's been happening to multiple forums. I have put in a ticket on the support forum asking how to resolve it, and will copy-paste what they say here.

Could you please send me a screenshot of what it looks like? Maybe try using a different browser? Maybe try making sure the latest version of Adobe Flash Player is installed?

From what I've read on the support site, installing the latest version of Flash Player should fix it.
Let me know if it doesn't!

Let me know if it works! Also, for any guests that try to sign up and have the same problem, if the above solution does not work, LET ME KNOW!

The information that I would need are the following things:
Did you update your flash player? What area of the world are you from? What exactly is the problem? Did you try using the audio format? Also, post a screenshot of the issue.
Thanks!

Apparently it's 100% a hit-and-miss thing. If it doesn't work, then keep refreshing your screen (on most browsers it's F5, Firefox you have to click the two-arrows-in-a-circle button, but all the others I've seen F5 works) and it should eventually come up!

Had a bit of a breakthrough with my brother's computer. It actually showed a phrase that I had to repeat but when I copied it exactly into the space provided below and submitted, it refused and said I typed it in wrong and didn't provide a new puzzle. Well atleast it showed a puzzle at all for once, but it didn't happen again.

I'm also going to ask the guests that try to sign up but can't for the same reason to e-mail me at getbent96@hotmail.com, along with your character choice, if it's a canon, and I'll strike it off the list. If it's not a canon you want, then let me know that too please. When we find a fix for it, I'll let you know, and you can just come in.
EDIT: My spam filter is very tight, so put something that makes it clear it's from this site as the subject, and I'll mark it as not spam.
